ISLAMABAD, Jul 8 (APP): Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani Monday extended greetings to the parliament, people, and government of the Argentine on the occasion of their Independence Day.
In a message, he said that Pakistan and Argentina share a bond of friendship based on trust, mutual respect, and similar views on various issues.
The Chairman Senate called for further expanding people-to-people contacts and boosting institutional cooperation in diverse sectors.
He noted that Pakistan and Argentina enjoy excellent cooperation at the international level and stressed the need to increase trade and business linkages for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
He extended his well wishes to the elected leadership of Argentina and expressed hope for continued high-level engagements to further consolidate bilateral ties.
