Rs 5 bln allocated for PMYSDP


ISLAMABAD, Jul 18 (APP):The federal government has allocated a substantial Rs 5 billion to boost the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) in the budget 2024-25.

According to the Prime Minister Youth Programme (PMYP) office, the establishment of PMYSDP aimed to equip young individuals with practical and high-tech skills, ensuring their readiness and competitiveness with their counterparts in other nations.
With the help of this program, more than 450,000 people would avail the training in different skill development programmes which will help to provide jobs for young people and remove their difficulties in future life.
The PMYSDP is designed to supply skilful workers to various sectors, catering to the needs of large corporations, medium-sized enterprises, and small businesses addressing the dynamic demands of the global job market.
