ISLAMABAD, Jul 09 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday permitted former federal minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain to travel abroad for a period of two weeks and ordered the authorities to remove his name from passport control list (PCL).
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard the petition filed by former PTI’s minister seeking removal of restriction on his oversea travel. Deputy attorney general, during hearing submitted its comments to the court.
The court said the petitioner could travel abroad from August 10 to 24.
